The abstract outline by Abe Mattox and Terrie Flint of Mattox Welding & Rock Solid Iron Works. It is called “The House of Avoyelles in a Cloud Where the Door is Always Open”. The cutout in the house is the outline of Avoyelles Parish filled with wild game in  the eastern and southern part. The Indian Reservation in the center and Justice Scales in  Marksville with farmers in the northwest, alligator in the southwest and its native cypress tree holds it all together and cypress trees all around the house.
